October 6 – 9
Ahhh, finally back in Paris.
This city is truly magical. I think I will forever come back here. I basically revisited everything I saw the first time I came to Paris because I was with a group who had never gone before and it was friend’s birthday, so I wanted to make sure we got to the main attractions. I did see some new things for sure, such as different exhibits of the Louvre, other parts of Versailles garden complex, Palais Royale, and Louis Vuitton Fondation. My favorite was definitely the Louis Vuitton Fondation, it is a brilliant piece of architecture and it perfectly represents what Louis Vuitton is all about. For my friends 22nd birthday, we surprised her with lunch on the Eiffel Tower. I was the lucky friend who got to take her up there and celebrate with her. She had a priceless reaction and a birthday she will never forget!
I had an amazing time in Paris, no words can really describe how beautiful the city is. It was cloudy and cold for most of our trip, but on the last day the sun came out to shine. We stayed in a really nice, yet cozy Airbnb, about 10 min by metro from the city center. I ended my trip with some delicious Cafe Kitsuné hot chocolate and Ladurée macarons because you cannot go to Paris without having either of these!
Enjoy the photos,
xx
