Hey guys,

A new year has already begun and I am busy preparing for studio. In the midst of all the chaos of trying to get back into a routine, I am also planning my trips for the year.

My family and I plan on embarking on a trip to the American West and discovering the Grand Canyon and all its glory. I am super excited because I’ve been to quite a few places around the world, but I haven’t really explored my own country. And if I were to explore any part of the US first, it would be the western United States. Just look up pictures, the landscape is jaw-dropping! We haven’t planned exactly where we are going, but if you guys have any suggestions please share.

Later in the year, I will be boarding a plane to Italy to study abroad for four months! It is a required course in my degree plan for architecture majorsย toย go on study abroad. It was a tough choice between Italy and Spain, but I couldn’t pass up living in Italia. The pasta, the gelato, the scenery… I am so ready to go, it’s killing me! My friends and I are already mapping places and cities we want to explore on our free time. You can guarantee that I will be bombarding Instagram with pictures and writing as many blog posts as I can to keep you guys updated.

How are you planning your 2016?

Please share with me any places/countries I should visit while on study abroad!

  1. Especially the trip to Italy sounds truly stunning. I’m sure you’ll totally love it!

I’ll have the pleasure to enjoy several amazing trips in the next months, starting with a weekend on Gran Canaria in just two days, followed by trips to India, Brazil, Dallas and Tokyo. 2016 is definitely going to be a great year for me as a travel blogger and I’m sure it will also be for you ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. I’m the same as you! I’ve travelled quite a lot around the world, but not much of my own country – so I’m hoping to get up north and visit the Great Barrier Reef. But I also have a trip booked to go south to Tasmania, and over the ditch to New Zealand (for the forth time! Can’t keep me away!). I’m hoping to do some time-lapse videos of the Southern Lights and Milky Way in the dark sky reserves. Can’t wait to see your adventures unfold in 2016! ๐Ÿ˜€
